Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch on the same day if all components are in stock, otherwise, it will be within 6 working days. All of our items are handmade and assembled in our Essex workshop. It may take longer during busy periods.
Our working days are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Delivery Details
It is one charge per order – not per item.
UK FLAT RATE : £6.95
Orders within England are sent via next-day delivery.
Orders in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are sent via courier 48 hour service.
Smaller items that are not part of a larger order, like samples and ceiling clamps will be sent 1st class Royal Mail.
UK FLAT RATE : £1
+ 50p per additional small item.
Returns & Refunds
Please read our Returns and Refunds carefully. Thank you for shopping at Lam Lighting and supporting handcrafted British-made lighting.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 28 days of the original purchase of the product.
Products returned in the same condition that they were sent will be issued a full refund for the cost of the item, excluding any delivery fees and a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs of assembling your bespoke options of shade choice, cord colour and fitting finishes etc. as well as admin and restocking. All our lights are handmade to order. Any refunds should appear within your account within 10 working days.
We do not cover return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We recommend that returns are made using our original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The product was purchased in the last 28 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn’t used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
• You have contacted us via the details below to let us know we can expect the return.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Lam Lighting.
Damaged items
Please check your products thoroughly on receipt of your package.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately after receiving your goods for assistance.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurred to unopened and unchecked packages after the date received.
Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.
