Flatford Fonteyn Wall Light

£143.00

Handcrafted and assembled to order in our ceramics studio.

The Flatford Fonteyn Wall Light has been inspired by the world of ballet, evoking the silhouette of a ballerina’s tutu with clean lines to create simple, romantic luxury. It is the perfect way to add luminance, character and charm to your interior space. The perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional charm, it is comprised of an off-white, powder-coated metal wall bracket and a beautifully handcrafted porcelain shade. With a sleek and refined silhouette, it is a versatile and stylish lighting choice. The exposed, vintage braided cable is fully adjustable to suit your desired space and style. A wonderful alternative to a bedside or reading lamp, it is a statement piece that will bring a touch of modern elegance to any room of the home.

Don’t forget your bulb. We offer a range of carefully selected energy-efficient LED bulbs with a warm white colour temperature. Dimmable when using any of our LED bulbs.

We think the Pear Bulb is a particularly good match. B22 (standard large bayonet).

Fitting Height (including bulb): 18cm Width 22.5cm
Backplate: Height 25cm Width 6cm

Please note this wall light is flush-fitting, so room for wiring needs to be made in the wall.

Purity, Simplicity in Form & Materials

Handcrafted in our Ceramic Studio by our small team of artisan makers // Our signature porcelain features in every single one of our designs. Sourced from Limoges in France – the region famed for porcelain since the 18th century.

Signs of a hand at work, not a machine // Pottery skills are one of the most ancient of crafts and hand blown glass is another traditional craft that is diminishing. Our products will always be handmade and even if it’s just in our small way, we will keep these skills alive. Everything we make is handcrafted, every piece is different. We let go of the concept of uniformity and realise that it’s more beautiful to have the small quirks of handmade objects and natural materials.
