Nayland Cottage Wall Light

£109.00

Handcrafted and assembled to order in our ceramics studio.

The Nayland Cottage Wall Light is a charming light with a classic silhouette that epitomises modern country living. Add some luminance to the favourite corners of your home with this petite, elegant and stylish light. The reflected light from the natural porcelain gives a softness to everything it lands on. The perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional charm, it is comprised of a black, powder-coated metal wall bracket and a beautifully handcrafted porcelain shade. The exposed, vintage braided cable is fully adjustable to suit your desired space and style. A wonderful alternative to a bedside or reading lamp, it is a statement piece that will bring a touch of industrial chic to any room of the home.

Don’t forget your bulb. We offer a range of carefully selected energy-efficient LED bulbs with a warm white colour temperature.

We think the Golf Ball Bulb is a particularly good match. All our bulb fittings are B22 (standard large bayonet). Dimmable when using any of our LED bulbs.

Shade: Height 9cm Width 15.5cm
Backplate: Height 25cm Width 6cm

Please note, that this wall light is flush-fitting, so room for wiring, needs to be made in the wall.

Purity, Simplicity in Form & Materials

Handcrafted in our Ceramic Studio by our small team of artisan makers // Our signature porcelain features in every single one of our designs. Sourced from Limoges in France – the region famed for porcelain since the 18th century.

Signs of a hand at work, not a machine // Pottery skills are one of the most ancient of crafts and hand blown glass is another traditional craft that is diminishing. Our products will always be handmade and even if it’s just in our small way, we will keep these skills alive. Everything we make is handcrafted, every piece is different. We let go of the concept of uniformity and realise that it’s more beautiful to have the small quirks of handmade objects and natural materials.
